Join us for a Hakomi Circle where you will work in small groups, receive a full Hakomi session and observe and assist in another session. We will meet for two hours in the morning, take a one hour break and then come back for two hours in the afternoon. The day will run from 10 am to 3 pm. The sessions will be facilitated by an experienced Hakomi teacher or trainer. Sessions are an opportunity for deep assisted self study and discovery, and participating in the group provides an opportunity to more fully understand how full sessions unfold. Georgia will invite one of the participants to be a client and will do a full demonstration of a session. Teaching “Hakomi as Three Phases” allows natural pauses between phases for breakout room discussions about the method and at the end of the session, the space is open for questions and deeper discussions.
